LEAD DESIGNER & DEVELOPER

"As a druid, create constellations to defeat creatures from Celtic mythology that threaten your homeland." As one of the vision holders for the game, I came up with our core mechanic of a unique advanced connect-the-dots system to represent creating constellations for energy. This energy then being used to cast a 'ritual' card to defeat enemies and continue on your journey. As our team grew during development I continued to oversee all members and elements of the design.

ECONOMY AND SYSTEM DESIGNER

"Build, innovate, and profit as your fantasy nation competes against others to establish a monopoly on a resource-rich island." Originally designed to be a physical board game, I was brought on to assist in converting the original design of the game to better fit the digital and mobileplatform. All while ensuring it still fits the theme and pacing of its original conception. A major component of this task was examining player progression and ensuring it fits the exponential economic growth desired.

NARRATIVE DESIGNER

"Manage the winter festival that fends off the mythical Woebegone by assigning woodland friends to work on tasks, balancing their happiness and skills." Joining as the game vision was finalized, I was tasked with assisting the Lead Narrative Designer in defining character concepts and their interactions with others. This consisted of defining the cast of characters' likes and dislikes. Then how the player would be able to influence them in an established relationship tier system that will cause them to be more or less efficient depending on their view of the main character.
